Shipping Policy — Soul Wyck Candle LLC

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be extended. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay with your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Soul Wyck Candle LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once the package leaves our facility.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (after processing)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (after processing)

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Local Delivery (Bluffton, SC 29910 Only):
We are happy to offer Local Delivery for customers located within Bluffton, SC ZIP code 29910.

  • Local delivery is free for orders of $25 or more (before tax and shipping).

  • For orders under $25, a local delivery fee of $5 applies.

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready, and we will coordinate a delivery window with you.

  • Deliveries are typically made within 3 business days after your order is processed.

Local Pickup:
We do not currently offer local pickup. All orders will be shipped or delivered based on your selected option at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Soul Wyck Candle LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [insert your customer service email] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
